We are seeking a Intervention Specialist /Virtual Guard for the over night shift to join our team —
Virtual Guard is responsible for responding to events and security signals in a timely and efficient manner. The successful candidate will provide a quality customer experience by following Standard Operating Procedures. Attention to detail, focus and the ability to communicate effectively are a must. Those that can work independently and deliver a quality customer experience are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Review video and handle events as per SOP
- Notify responsible parties of events
- Dispatch law enforcement as needed
- Support field personnel with site visits
- Perform data entry as required
- Answer, handle, or escalate incoming calls
Qualifications:
- Strong ability to multi-task, prioritize, and maintain composure in pressure situations
- Candidates must possess a minimum of one (1) year security or call center experience
- Alarm industry, military, law enforcement, or security related experience is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Experience with technology, gaming, and virtual environments is an advantage
- Ability to type 25-35 WPM is a minimum
- High school diploma or GED is a minimum
- Reliable work ethic and transportation are required
